Let's continue with my experiences shooting on the street with vintage lenses. The part 1 of this post can be found here . - Helios 44M-7 (58mm f/2) - My second Helios 44M series that I have, and also, my favorite vintage lens so far. Like its older sibling, the 44M-4, this lens also produce a distinct swirly bokeh although not as prominent as its predecessor. However, this lens is very prone to flare, so I always use a hood and tried to shoot under the open shade. This lens also won me a 2nd place in a local photo competition in Perth. If one day I have to sold all vintage lens I have, most likely, this lens will stay with me. I've posted this picture in my earlier post, but this was my winning shot (well, 2nd place) for a local photo competition in Perth.  I really like the way he dress and his play also really good. Aah... manual and vintage lenses. I love shooting with you guys. No, I am not joking here. I have a strange obsession with shooting and collecting vintage lenses, particularly anything that has a Pentax 42mm screw mount, also known as Pentax m42 mount. Most people are simply ignore me when I take their photo, either because they did not realize that I've taken their photo, or they simply ignore me as I often dressed and act like a tourist. Some might look at me and wandering what I am doing with a camera pointing at their face or their general direction. There are also people who know that I've tried to take their photo and strike a pose at me. Some did sign that they did not want to be photographed, which I respected by not taking their photo, or delete their photo if I did captured their photo. And of course, some people interested in what am I doing, which I gladly explained to them that I am a street photographe

Last year, I've re-discovered my passion for photography and have been very actively learning and increasing my skill. Among many genre of photography that I've tried, the Street Photography, in particular, is the one that is the most interesting genre for me.
